Cooked in Chile, served in Berlin, MØREL was born in Santiago de Chile in the last toxic breaths of a military dictatorship. A divided country with a powerful inner struggle within a society drunk in contradictions and hatred.
Flooded in emotions, this reality is responsible for shaping a new generation of artists and musicians. A new era with an evolved approach to arts, never forgetting their true essence, carrying with pride healed scars of history.

MØREL constantly navigates through a diverse cinematic spectrum of sounds, with strong roots in techno, film scores // animations and interdisciplinary installations.

His idea behind sound design is based on the pure exploration of sound as a phenomena. Nothing is good or bad, right or wrong, it's a perfect output of pure experimentation of its source behavior.
This never ending curiosity is what keeps him moving towards the idea of transporting the audience into a full sensory experience through our 5 senses.
